Through studying a Diploma of Photo Imaging at CATC Design School, Angelina has been formally trained in Creative Industries including - commercial & domestic photography, visual communication, career preparation, media and documentaries, colour management, visual branding, videography, camera capture and lighting. Now specializing in advertising, branding, fashion, food & product photography having worked with a diverse set of clients such as Style Magazines, Paddington publications & Oh My Digital.
Whilst attending CATC she displayed her photography works 'Once upon a perception' in the Midtone exhibition among other photographers at Brisbane Institute of Art; later declared by the Vice Chancellor as the most successful CATC exhibition to date. Following this Angelina was awarded ‘People’s Choice’ for her fashion portfolio display at the graduation exhibition in 2014.
Angelina attributes part of her success to collaborating with key industry experts, which has resulted in her work being published online and in print media with OnTrend Bridal, Brisbane Brides, Style Magazine, Pump Magazine, Queensland Home Design + Living as well as other publications. In March 2016, she was honoured to be invited to exhibit her fashion images as a Brisbane RAW artist.
Angelina has gained skills with her combination of studies at Aspire Business School, Queensland University of Technology in Media Communications & currently building on her skills at University of Sunshine Coast in a Bachelor of Creative Industries working towards a double major in Creative Advertising & Graphic Design. This culminates Angelina to provide a variety of services including small business development, innovation, implementing continuous improvement, product development, brand awareness and audience analysis based on visual communication.
With these skills and being a mother of three children Angelina didn’t want to limit her nurturing abilities. She agreed to Eli Homes sponsorship; invited by the Global Development Group to document the mission at Joshua Care International in the Philippines for key stakeholders. Angelina recorded and photographically document the rebuild of the graveyard village that burnt down in 2015. The joy of her mission trip was speaking to Mt Moriah school children about the importance of family, community, health and wellbeing as well as providing charitable services. Angelina then went over and beyond in 2016 by exhibiting works 'Changing poverty by education' at Jugglers Art Space in Brisbane from the mission to raise further funds for a child in Joshua Care to attend primary school with adequate materials and supply nutritional meals.
She now orchestrates creative direction for campaigns, branding, social media feeds, marketing, advertising & business plans with new and current clients and employers. Creatively exuberant and also contracted and temporarily hired for illustrations, graphic design and product/business design including hand drawn sketches, water paintings to digital creations via Adobe Creative Suite.
Angelina has proved herself to be of great value to anyone who requires her services with great versatility and adaptability to any brief; proven in her large portfolio. She demonstrates effective management and creative content creation via her own social media and shows her diversity through her successful Instagram account; with great reviews that speak for themselves. Angelina is passionate about education & growth, sociocultural behaviour, communication, media convergence, entrepreneurialism, humanity and REAL equality (50/50). Angelina now hosts workshops and events to educate businesses, models, bloggers and influencers about their role in the media and how it is changing culture. She had also created a successful Facebook group ‘You & Your Business - by Asiara Media’ to build a community passionate about supporting each other combining all her passionate topics in a seamless combination through her group and blogs.
